Admissions Co-ordinator

Sherborne Girls is seeking an Admissions Co-ordinator to support the Group Head of Admissions and wider admissions team in delivering a professional, efficient, and welcoming experience for all prospective families.

This is a varied role combining administrative and co-ordination responsibilities with opportunities to support events and communications. The postholder will help ensure that all correspondence, events, and interactions reflect the warmth and excellence of Sherborne Girls (and the wider SSG), helping families feel informed, supported, and excited about joining the community.

Weekend Cleaner

Our cleaning staff perform a variety of tasks associated with the maintenance of a safe, clean and hygienic environment. Key duties will include the vacuuming, dusting, sweeping and mopping of floors, corridors and rooms. Cleaning bathrooms and toilets and ensuring that cleaning materials are safely stored.

We have the following roles available.

Saturday and Sunday Cleaner

Saturday - 8.30am - 12.30pm

Sunday - 10am – 3pm

This is a term time role (33 weeks plus 2 weeks in the school holidays)

Group International Admissions Officer

Sherborne Schools Group (SSG) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Group International Admissions Officer to coordinate international recruitment activities across all four schools within the Group. This role is operationally focused, and centres on coordinating overseas visits/programmes and acting as the primary point of contact for international families.

3 days a week - All year round. Hours of work are likely to be 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break each day. Flexibility in hours will be required on occasion to meet the demands of the post.

Payroll Manager

Sherborne Schools Group is seeking an organised and data-oriented Payroll Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of the payroll function across the Group. While their primary place of work will be the Sherborne Boys, the postholder will also be expected to contribute to and support initiatives across the wider Sherborne Schools Group. They will regularly be required to work at other schools or sites within the Group to meet the needs of the business. This role provides an exciting opportunity to play a central part in both the success of the individual school and the continued development of the Group as a whole.
