Examinations Access Arrangements Lead The Sherborne Schools Group (SSG) is seeking a committed Examinations Access Arrangements Lead to provide support for pupils in the senior schools (Year 7 to 13). The primary focus of the role is at an operational level across both Sherborne Girls and Sherborne Boys and will involve working closely with colleagues to ensure that all appropriate exam access arrangements for public and internal examination are in place. In addition, the role will involve ensuring that the Sherborne Group Schools’ record-keeping and practice is fully compliant with examination board and JCQ regulations. The successful candidate will be expected to conduct exam access arrangement assessments. |

Director of Digital Innovation The Director of Digital Innovation will provide Group-wide executive leadership for digital strategy, transformation, governance, and organisational innovation across all schools and commercial entities within the Sherborne Schools Group. The role is responsible for setting the strategic direction, standards, investment priorities, and governance frameworks for digital innovation, ensuring alignment with the Group’s long-term educational, operational, financial, and reputational objectives. This is not a school-based operational role. The postholder will operate at Group level, establishing Group strategy and performance frameworks within which individual schools deliver local implementation. The role may include a small teaching commitment, but the primary function of the post is executive leadership rather than classroom delivery. |

Director of Enterprise The Director of Enterprise will provide Group-wide executive leadership for entrepreneurship strategy, enterprise education, venture creation, and a business-focused innovation culture across all schools within Sherborne Schools Group. The role is responsible for setting the strategic direction, frameworks, standards, partnerships, and accreditation pathways for entrepreneurship and enterprise education, ensuring alignment with the Group’s long-term educational, reputational, and commercial objectives. This is not solely a curriculum delivery role. The role may include a teaching commitment; however, the primary function is strategic leadership rather than classroom delivery. |

Sports Internship Sherborne Schools Group is seeking a proactive and well organised Sports Intern. The role will include coaching multiple sports, leading small group sessions in either your primary sport or in Strength and Conditioning and assisting the staff in the smooth day to day running of a dynamic department. The role aims to give the applicant an all-encompassing experience of sport in a large boarding school. They will provide specialist coaching, performance analysis and Strength & Conditioning services for Sherborne Boys and Prep School through the programming and delivery of leading-edge performance services. The role is unpaid as part of a sandwich placement year or for someone seeking experience working in a school environment. |

Weekend Lifeguard Sherborne Sports Centre is seeking an NPLQ qualified Weekend Lifeguard. While their primary place of work will be Sherborne Boys, the postholder will also be expected to contribute to and support initiatives across the wider Sherborne Schools Group. From time to time, they may be required to work at other schools or sites within the Group to meet the needs of the business.
